GI_200153847-001.jpg

No matter how well each detail of a wedding or special event is planned unforeseen events happen.  The keys to creating a fabulous success in the face of such obstacles are; research, planning, organization, and preparedness.  Although brides can not prepare for every situation, here are 20 basic things a bride should start with.  Be sure to have these items handy on your wedding day.

       Aspirin

       Marker, Pencils, or Pens

       Safety Pins

       Umbrella

       Ziploc plastic bag

     Tissues

       Dental Floss

       Breathe Mints

       Eye Drops

       Clean Nail Polish

       Matches or Lighter

       Batteries

       First Aid Kit

       Bobby Pins

       Notepad

       Hairspray

       Cough Drops

       Emery board

       Disposable razor

       Hair brush

Remember, this is only a basic idea.  You can always add more items.  Your Wedding Planner should provide you with a basic kit with items similar to the ones shown above or should have their own, more elaborate kit, with other emergency wedding and/or event items.
