Succulent Asian-style Pork Loin
12 - 16 ounces
pork tenderloin
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
2 tablespoons
orange juice
1 tablespoons
lime or lemon juice
1 scallion, sliced
1/4 cup
of soy sauce
1 tablespoon ginger, finely grated
21/2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Black or White Sesame seeds
2-3 cloves garlic, smashed
2 tablespoons
oil (Peanut or Canola)
¼ Teaspoon Salt
¼ Teaspoon White
Pepper

Pre-heat
oven to 375 degree. Score pork with small slits along the top. Place tenderloin in large bowl, rub with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and set aside. In medium bowl
combine all ingredients and stir. Pour over tenderloin, cover with plastic wrap or aluminum fold and place in refrigerator.
Let marinade for at least one hour. Remove
from marinade a place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking. Our remaining marinade
over loin and roast for about 25-35 minutes or until cooked – do not over cook.
Remove from over and allow the meat to rest for about 10 minutes. Serve.
