Succulent Asian-style Pork Loin

12 - 16 ounces pork tenderloin
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
2 tablespoons orange juice

1 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
1 scallion, sliced
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 tablespoon ginger, finely grated
21/2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Black or White Sesame seeds
2-3 cloves garlic, smashed

2 tablespoons oil (Peanut or Canola)

¼ Teaspoon Salt

¼ Teaspoon White Pepper

Cooking spray

Pre-heat oven to 375 degree.  Score pork with small slits along the top.  Place tenderloin in large bowl, rub with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and set aside. In medium bowl combine all ingredients and stir. Pour over tenderloin, cover with plastic wrap or aluminum fold and place in refrigerator.  Let marinade for at least one hour.  Remove from marinade a place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking.  Our remaining marinade over loin and roast for about 25-35 minutes or until cooked – do not over cook.  Remove from over and allow the meat to rest for about 10 minutes. Serve.
