Request Consultation   The Muse Event Decor Package The way custom scenes are designed and fabricated for the movies.   After your consultation, Vivid Expressions LLC will develop custom concept designs such as illustrations, story boards, or other artistic renderings depicting the unique elements of your celebration - we then create the design based on those images.     A Professional Fine Artist with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and over 10 years of Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Museum, Exhibit, and Creative Design experience will illustrate, paint, sculpt and design the creative and design aspects of your special event.  From elegant, fantasy reception Tablescapes decorations to elaborate, dream-like Ceremony site designs - Vivid Expressions LLC will create the "Wow Factor".        This "Custom Artisan Event Design Service" includes:   ¨     Event Design Consultations (up to 3 hrs or as needed)   ¨     Professional Concept Sketches (Rough design illustrations) to develop the look of the specified location(s)/scene(s)   ¨     Artist rendering or Production Designs depicting the “Refined and fully formed design” of the event scene.  Example: Story board, Illustration or Concept drawing board   ¨     Production Process may include Construction, Rigging, Sculpting, Plastering, Painting, etc.    ¨     Creative and/or Custom Room/Scene Design Decoration (Rented and commissioned Vivid Expressions Decorations) ex: Custom Vivid Expressions LLC Decoration Rental Items (example: Centerpieces, Standard chair covers and colored sashes & embellishment rentals if needed, etc)   ¨     ***Props (Theme items constructed and/or placing of complementary scene elements) Ex: Back-drops, Ceiling Drapes, etc)   ¨     ***Visual Effects (Lighting and other special effects available (upon request see Additional Services)   ¨     Delivery, set-up, brake-down, and removal of decorations items (Done in conjunction with the event sites).   ¨     Event Design Consultations (up to 3 hrs or as needed)     Also offered to” Muse Package” Clients: ¨     *10% Discount off Birchcraft Printed Wedding Invitations through Vivid Expressions LLC   Our Service Retainer is $500 - please contact us for details.  Schedule a consultation     *Example: Additional fees may apply for special equipment rental, special permits, and extra event staffing (Example: Fireworks and some special effects ).  Please call for your complimentary consultation. .
