Our Owner and Artistic Director, Janel
Keen, is an "Event Artist" who will create custom original illustrations of the event design, floral
design, and/or decorations of a Client's event as part of the planning process and prior to creation.
History
Our company's concept and serivce approach can be sumed up into one phrase; "Art of Creative
Celebrations". The company was originally established as Vivid Expressions in 2000 as project creating an online Fine Art Gallery
and Artist resource by Vivid Expressions LLC owner and Artistic/Creative Director Janel Bailey Keen. Vivid Expressions LLC and Art of Creative Celebrations are dedicated to the philosophy of nurturing the
gift of creativity and the creative spirit. In 2006 Janel Keen took Vivid Expressions LLC (then operating as Vivid Entertaining) into
a new direction. The company made a major transformation - focusing on incorporating Art into Events.

orchestration of home entertaining, weddings, and special events which build memories, friendships, families, and
communities.
Goals
Our goal is to bring
an element of artistic expression, grace, and yes, even sophisticated elegance back to the practice of customer service
and the event design experience. Created and managed by a formally trained Fine Artist, we intend
to bring artistry, glamour, beauty, wonder, style, and a true design approach to each wedding and special event
we plan, develop a production for and orchestrate. And, as always, we are dedicated
to utlizing fine art to elevate, inspire, and creatively transform each wedding, special event and project into a "work
of art".
