Vivid Expressions LLC proudly provides a wide range of services and products to design, enhance and create an outstanding special event experience.  We offer rentals of items such as linens as well as fresh floral design, flower arrangments and other event decor.  Delivery, set-up/installation, break-down and removal service are included in most service aggreements at a cost based on geographic location, event size, items being delivered/installed, number of staff required, event vendor access time, etc.  Vivid Expressions LLC is happy to recommend other vendors and service provides who may offer services or products that may also assist a Client/Customer with the needs of their event.  Vivid Expressions LLC is an affiliate of 3rd party vendors such as "The Knot Wedding Shop".  Vivid Expressions LLC is only responsible for items rented, purchased through and/or provided by Vivid Expressions LLC.  We are not directly responsible for products/services provided through an affiliate or another 3rd party vendor.     

Payment Methods

Service Fees: Payment schedules, timelines, and total service costs are usually determined and statemented in a Client's Service Agreement or Proposal and are custom created around the Client's specific needs and services/products required. 

Sales Tax: We are required by law to charge a sales tax of 5% for all orders delivered within the state of Virginia. Shipping/delivery costs are subject to tax.

We accept *Personal Checks as well as Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online though PayPal.  

*Please not there will be an additional $35 "Returned check fee" for any returned or insificant funds checks.
